We built this carport behind a fourplex. To satisfy the City Historical Commission, we matched the bricks, roof style, and shingles of the house.
This is a 20' X 20' gable style carport built to satisfy a city's requirements for "architechtural compatability". Colors, roof pitch and shingles match the house.
This customer preferred the sturdy look of a single-post commercial design for his residential property.
This customer wanted to have the convenience of a carport with the security of a garage. First we built a standard carport, then we added a garage door with a remote opener, and finally enclosed everything out to his fence line. An inexpensive and private solution.
A commercial quality carport that is 30' wide and 20' deep. The roof on the left side covers a 7' X 10' storage unit that is integrated into the carport. It has a 4' wide roll up door. The storage unit is build just like a steel building with all areas sealed to prevent water and insect penetration. The '57 T'Bird is not part of the price.
A 25' wide carport with 5' X 17' incorporated into a storage unit. The owner rides a scooter so we put a 4' wide roll up door at the rear near the alley for him to pull into. Along the side, under the carport is a 3'X7' steel door. Again, it is build the same way as a steel building. Since there was a major slope, a concrete curb had to be poured to allow the personnel door to set and seal properly.
Interior and exterior of a 30-by-25-foot structure attached to the garage side of the house. We installed lighting and enclosed all the beams to discourage nesting. A precision cut was required to fit the roof of the carport snugly under the garage overhang.
